Dale is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of West Point Insurance Services. He joined the company’s infrastructure team in 2016, where his passion for scripting quickly pushed him into the software engineering department, eventually serving as the lead architect for the InsurClaims project in 2020. Dale’s forward-thinking approach focuses on technical agility and scalability, and his drive for excellence steers West Point’s high-performing software engineering teams to meet their maximum potential.
Outside the office, Dale is a traveler, seeking out the edges of society where he can come face-to-face with Mother Nature. His fascination with our planet has brought him to explore the jungles of Costa Rica, the deserts of Africa, and the fjords of Iceland. Dale enjoys facing his limits and pushing beyond them, enjoying the richness of self-discovery that can be found just on the other side.
